This is a Temp-to-Hire position, with the potential for full-time employment based on

As we continue to grow, we need an exceptionally organized, highly conscientious, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and enhance our company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Project Coordination – Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for key initiatives. 

  • Gatekeeping & Prioritization – Filter requests and proactively manage executive workload. 

  • Communication Management – Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with internal & external stakeholders. 

  • Calendar & Scheduling – Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring priorities stay aligned. 

  • Event Planning – Assist in planning leadership offsites, company gatherings, and executive meetings. 

  • Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive company information with the utmost professionalism.
